Exchange or Refund

Not satisfied, Exchange or 100% Money Back! It's your choice.

You can always, for any reason, return the products you ordered from www.CASSshapewear.com or www.CASSshapewear.co.uk for Refund or for Exchange.

1. In case of an Exchange, we pay the shipping fees for sending you the new product.
2. In case of a Refund, we pay you back the purchase price excluding the shipping fees.
3. You are not obliged to any re-purchase or exchange.
4. We do not refund the return shipping fees. These are at your expense.

14 days Easy Return period !

You are entitled to a Refund or Exchange in case you strictly follow the next return procedure:

1. Contact us, clearly stating
   1. the order number & the name of the product you wish to return
   2. the objective: Refund or Exchange
   3. the reason for return: no fit, not satisfied, faulty delivery, damaged, other, …
   4. in case of Exchange, the desired product name, colour and size
2. The product needs to be returned in its original perfect state, in the original product packaging and with the original labels
3. Fill in the return form which is part of your delivery.
4. Ship the return(s) by way of a traceable courier or postal service within 14 calendar days after delivery to our return address:
   • CASS Shapewear

   • Belgium
5. Keep the proof of the return of shipment together with your order confirmation email or invoice. This allows us to trace the parcel in case of an unsuccessful return.

Refund within 10 business days!

We will refund you within 10 business days after we received the return shipment.

• In case of payment by bank transfer or by bank card, the refund will be issued to the bank account which was debited for your purchase.
• In case of payment by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card that was used to order the product(s).
