Shipping fee

We charge a fixed price irrespective of the quantity, weight or volume of your order.
The shipping fee will be charged in the exchange rate you selected.
When checking out, you will be quoted automatically based on the address and the value of your purchase.

Shipping address

We ship to the address of your choice. You can enter any address: your home address, office, or the address of neighbours, family or friends.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the country of destination. After receiving confirmation of your payment, your order will be delivered within the indicated number of business days.

How is your order delivered?

All orders will be delivered during business hours by either GLS - the leading next day parcel distributor part of the British Royal Mail Group - or by Taxipost - the express parcel service provider part of the Belgian Postal Services - both providing first class express parcel distribution services.

The courier will request you to sign off the receipt of the goods. In case you are not at the shipping address on the moment of delivery, the courier will leave a note with a date of a second delivery attempt or with instructions where you can pick up your order.

Delivery outside the European Union

In case you want your order delivered outside the European Union or a country not mentioned in the Shipping Fees table above, you can send your order by email to info@CASSshapewear.com.

Please state in your email the products you would like to order and the address of delivery. We will send you a quote including the fees for shipping, customs and a delivery time estimate. As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order.
